~ November Faire~

Last weekend was the monthly WX Peddlers Faire...it is just great. There are over 200 vendors who participate and such a variety of items. Even if you are not a collector it's still fun just to walk around and see all the neat things from days gone by. I found this little guy and just think he is so cute. I have been looking and looking for a cute Fall squirrel and I think he fits the bill. I was going to put nuts or wrapped candies in it, but I decided to put..........
Lily's doggie treats in it. How cute is that! I wonder if Mr. Squirrel likes apple and yogurt health bars?

I love these little bottle brush trees with the Micca snow. They are getting harder and harder to come by and if they are a good price I buy them for sure. I mix them with my little Christmas putz houses. My last purchase was........
a pair of hand embroidered pillow slips. I just love them and can you imagine only $2 for the pair.
I love the design...very sweet. Reminds me of Fall flowers, they are freshly laundered and when I change the linens tomorrow on the pillows they will go.....I'm expecting sweet dreams. Have a wonderful day...hugs, Linda

You buy the cutest things. I love to see your home change from season to season. That squirrel is so sweet! My mom use to embroider pillow cases. It reminds me of when I was a child.

Your little squirrel is so cute. I love those bottle brush trees, but have never found one. Sharon seems to be able to find them. I adore that pattern on the pillow case. My mother made one for me with that same pattern, and it had a kitten on it as well. So sweet.

Happy Thursday evening, Linda.

Your squirrel is so cute. Watch out, he might eat the dog treats when you're not looking. Don't you wonder who did the pillow cases and why they were parted with. Wow. Great you found them.

Hi Linda, I am crazy about all your fab finds. Lately on my treasure hunts I have really been drawn to the old planters and your squirrel one is a definite winner.

What a cute squirrel! I love him! I also really love those bottle brush trees and you are right, they are very collectable and hard to come by! Every year I say to myself NO MORE CHRISTMAS STUFF! But guess what I did yesterday? I went to the Goodwill and found about 6 new Christmas goodies! Of course they are all either vintage or reproduction and they are fabo! I admit it, I'm an adict!!! LOL!

Have a happy weekend!

The Peddlers Faire looks like great fun. The squirrel is cute. I especially like the pillow slips. They remind me of the ones that my grandmother made.
