Halloween

October is one of my favorite months, I love all the fall colors and it's Halloween time! This little pumpkin person is on the dinning room table, I found her at the Summer Cottage, a darling shop in Morro Bay. The crochet table topper and pink depression glass candle holders are from a dear friend and I love them.

I love, love, love moonstone......my Aunt Gerdie started this collection for me many, many years ago. My first pieces were a set of salad plates and a little top hat.... and I have been forever hooked. Last weekend I found the picture stand at a street fair and thought it would be perfect for holiday postcards. These sweet little Halloween cards are from Lisa. Oh, and this hutch has been in my Dad's family for over 100 years. It was in his family home while growing up, then passed on to him, and now to me. It is a love. This is just a sweet basket filled with floral pieces. It's on our "sidecar"......and that's a story I'll share later on.
Halloween under glass is on the kitchen table.....I have always loved witches and this is a perfect place for her, she just makes me smile.

Happy Halloween wishes from me to you.........Linda

I am sorry it took me awhile to get back to you after you have asked me to help you!

Here is how I show multiple pictures on my posts:

I have a photobucket account. Photobucket is a site that you can upload your pictures to, and then “link” them to your blog. So, you go to Photobucket.com and start an account. It is nice because you can organize your pictures easily. Once you upload your photos, you will see 4 options on how to display your pictures. You will need to click on the “Direct Link” box under the photo you wish to display. Simply clicking in the box will automatically copy this link. You then open your blog and get to the page where you are writing your post, click on the Add Image at the top of the page, and a box will pop up that says on the left “add image from your computer” and on the right it says “add an image from the web” you will then click in the box on the right under “add an image from the web” and paste the photo link, so hit Ctrl – V which will paste it right in. You then click the upload image box on the bottom, and it should be there for you on your post! You can drag it around to where you want it on your post.

You can do this as many times as you want, until all of your photos are on your post.

I really hope this makes sense, it’s hard to explain when I can’t be sitting next to you showing you how! Let me know if I need to clarify anything :)

You're so much better at the vignettes than I am! I just don't take the time to set them up, though I know that we'd enjoy them. Perhaps it stems from trying to keep all things that the kids can use as weapons put up out of reach. =) Blessings... Polly
