The Front Porch Swing

Oh, I just love my front porch swing from hubby. He found it a couple of weeks ago at a little Saturday morning flea market he's been going to for years. As soon as he saw he it he knew I would love it, and I do . He had to add a few nail to make stable and then stained it.......it turned out great. On Friday he put it up and I've enjoyed it so much already, back and forth , back and forth as I watch the world go by.......thank you honey. Linda

Doesn't that just look like the perfect place for a cuppa and one of those yummy muffins! Just sit back and watch the world go by.

I get sick on swings. Isn't that ridiculous?! I know! I'm so terribly motion sick that I actually take a medication for vertigo. That being said, I'd have no problem hanging a porch swing just to look at =) Yours is so lovely!! Blessings... Polly (of course, the kids would likely use it as a weapon of some kind...)

it looks perfect there! Hubbies can be so great, can't they? Your front porch is lovely. I could sit in that swing hair and eat your muffins. All day.

Oh what a lucky lady you are so have such a wonderful husband to put up your porch swing!!! It looks wonderful on your porch, Linda, and would imagine that you and your honey will spend many evenings out there sharing moments of your day together. Thank you for visiting me and telling me about the scotty cookie cutter. You are so sweet! Have a lovely day!
