Gather all your ingredients...the sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and salt are already measured and in my new batter bowl. Can you see it? It's from my honey, for my birthday, I love it....it's Jadeite by FireKing, he found it at the Folsom Market and do you see the little measuring spoons? Those were a surprise from his flea market jaunt this morning......
I have a fun collection of heart shaped measuring spoons and these are a neat addition. Each set is different...can you read what these say? The tablespoon~A heap of love, ~ teaspoon~A spoonful of affection, ~ 1/2 tsp~ A dash of tenderness, ~ 1/4 tsp~ A pinch of joy...I like these sentiments. Back to the recipe, finish mixing the dry ingredients, zucchini, coca, and wet ingredients. Put in a greased loaf pan and bake...remember, for the recipe and all the steps click on the recipe.

I just had a chocolate zucchini bread my sister-in-law made...she spread (or dumped) a bunch of chocolate chips on top and it was great! I love jadite too--I saw a similar Fire King piece at a flea market recently and regret not buying it.
