~ Breakfast At The Airport ~

Yesterday we had breakfast at the executive airport which is fairly close to where we live. Breakfast was so good....
look at these beautiful golden brown pancakes, they were light and fluffy and cooked just perfectly.
This is a busy little airport and as we enjoyed breakfast we watched planes coming and......
going. After breakfast we headed to the houseboat and just had a lazy day there. Carl fished a little, not even one little nibble and I read a little. The day was just gorgeous and so relaxing. No special plans for the weekend...I'm going to stitch and......
I just started Miss Potter which I'm thoroughly enjoying. How about you? What are you up to? Have a happy weekend...hugs, Linda

Oh pancakes, yummy!

I've spent most of today with friends and family... lunch... dinner and a movie, all very lovely.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend,

Well, I've spent hours doing genealogy. I'm going to have to start setting a timer so I don't lose track of time.
It was cool enough to have breakfast outside this morning. This has been such a rare thing this Spring. We enjoyed watching the Bluebirds(nesting again)fighting with the Blackbirds who are feeding their young Fledgings. And also seeing the Squirrel try to sneak up to the feeder without our seeing him.
It is almost time for Happy Hour on the porch and I have dinner plans ready, some prep done.
Being on the house boat sounds divine.

We have an area airport just like that and the food is fantastic. We just don't go there often enough! It is so fun to watch the planes come and go...unfortunately, we DONT have a houseboat...but that sounds like fun!

I love pancakes...yummy. We have a small airport in my hometown and they have a lil diner in there...brings back memories.

This weekend is cool...feels great after a mini heatwave..temps inside my house were in the high 80's but today it's more like 50ish.

We just watched BOLT on DVD...cute movie! Have a great weekend!

Hugs,
Robin

Sounds like you are having the perfect weekend. That looks like a fun place to have breakfast. Time on your houseboat sounds great too. Do you sleep there too?

We did not go to Cranberry Cottage this weekend. I have been out helping (not that I am much help at the moment) Jos with the garden and stitching. I have started the Nobody Love Me chart and it is great weekend fun! Our weather forcast was bad but so far, it has turned out to be a nice weekend. It is not warm out but we don't have the rain they predicted.

Hugs ~
