~ It's A Super Day~

Yesterdays game was truly a "Super" Super Bowl. The game was action packed and filled with so many great plays...I was on pins and needles for most of the game. I thought both teams made amazing plays and I'm just happy the Steelers won. Our baked potatoes bar was great! I almost forgot the mushrooms...can't have that.
Carl said this was just an appetizer.
Lisa and I shared a baked potato, they were huge. Oh, that looks yummy.
Here's mine, I ate every morsel including the skin....so good. Can you tell I like sour cream? Good thing it's Daisy Lite...we love it and you can't tell it's the lite version. Next time we have a get together I think I'll do another baked potato bar.....I just thought of adding little pieces of fried bacon, now that sounds good.
Have a great day...mine is off to a good start hope yours is too. Hugs, Linda

That is just a really neat idea. I would never have thought of it though. It really does look soooo good.
I thought of you and a couple of other online friends while watching the super bowl. It was a good and close game.
I have to admit, I was sort of cheering for the cardinals.

I didn't watch the Superbowl. I have to confess that I only remember one that I did watch. That was in 2006, I think. Honey Bear's company had a retreat in Naples, Florida with lots of fun activities. We had a Superbowl party with heavy appetizers, noise makers, hats, the whole shebang. It was fun. I think the Steelers were playing that year, too.
I had a loaded baked potato for dinner last night. Yum!

Your baked potato looks delicious. My daughter had a Super Bowl party at my house. She served a variety of food. Did you have the 3-D glasses? They were fun! Of course, being from Pennsylvania, you know who we were cheering. That was some game!
