Oh my goodness! I've been puttering around today and found lots of frogs in my cupboards. There is a huge one, two green ones, one of which has lots of holes, a pretty pink one I really like.........no, no, flower frogs.....not live ones. I'm sorry, did you think I meant the hippity hop ones? Here let me show you.................. The two glass ones were my granma's, the holey one was my mom's and all the little prickly ones I've picked up at different flea markets over the years. I love them all and use them for lots of different things................
Perfect for pens and pencils too...............
Of course postcards, pictures, greeting cards, and appointment cards....
And don't forget flowers. Do you have any of these little critters? How do you use your little frogs?? Smiles and enjoy your day....Linda

I actually don't own even one
frog! Can you believe it! When
I have flowers I usually have the
right size vase for them. I have
quite a few vases. I can't wait
until the dafodils bloom, usually
beginning in May.
You have a nice collection of frogs. I have always wanted one. Perhaps I should steal one of my mama's. She has many too.
Oh I have one that is very old..... I will take a picture tomorrow,,, and show it to you... It is metal with spike like things.... I will show you...... I love mine..........thanks for showing yours.......
Hi Linda,
Nice frog collection!! I collect as well.
Thanks for sharing,
Rosemary
I like your froggy ideas! Thanks for sharing and stopping by my blog today!
Good Morning Linda,
I love all of your frogs you have. I don't have any frogs here at my house. I was beginning to think you did have live frogs in your house at first. LOL. When our oldest daughter was smaller, my Dad bought her a plastic frog and you put a battery in it and it would ribbit when you walked by it. LOL. She loved that frog. I don't know whatever happened to it tho. I did put up a new post this morning and I'm feeling better. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.
Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
I would love to have a few of those! I have a vase collection for my flowers, and sometimes a frog would be just the right thing! I'll have to keep my eyes open. Thanks for visiting my blog last week.
What a great collection of frogs! I like the new Spring look on your blog Linda.
Ok, you really had me going. I thought you really mean't frogs.
I never heard these things called frog. You certainly did nice things with yours.
Oh, I remember these, and I didn't know they were called frogs! I have not seen one in years. I think my mom may have one. Have a good weekend. Blessings, Kathleen
I have some glass ones & like you, I use them for pens!
Hi Linda,
Great ideas for using the frogs. I love the older ones. Have a great day. ~Martha
Hi Linda,
So many great uses for frogs (I never thought about some of those)! You have a nice collection.
Have a great day!
Hugs,
Donna
Hi Linda...I think I might have one or two of those little prickly ones around here someplace.
I really like the idea of using one for pens and pencils! Now I'll have to look for a frog, for my desk!
Pat
I love em!!! I do exactly what you do and put my vintage postcards in them. I have one or two of the glass ones and I don't know what to do with them. I have seen people put neat marbles in the holes to display. They are just cool!

Linda....I don't have a single one of these little jewels. (wonder where the name FROG came from?) I am going to start watching for some, tho. I do have a cute jar with a deal across the top with holes for starting roots on ivy and etc.
hugs, bj
Hi Linda, I use mine like you did. Right now my grand-daughters photo is stuck in my flower frog. I inherited a whole bunch of them from my mother-in-law and sold them on ebay :)~ Have a super great weekend. ~ Lynn
Yes, I did think you meant real frogs! Oh how I wish I had saved all of my mother's.
ha ha, I did think you meant the hippity hoppity ones till I looked closer and read more! Frogs are very sought after in NZ:) Rachael
