~Vases~A Bunny~and A Birdie~

Hi everyone. I know it's a little late, but I was determined to to say hello. Did you have a nice day and weekend? I hope so. Today was just a busy day running errands and getting packages ready to post. Yesterday was the peddlers faire which is always fun, and it turned out to be a vase day for me. This pottery vase is one of my favorites treasures......it is pale pink and best of all a heart shape. I just love it................... I found this cute little bunny and a couple other Easter items too. I'm just now putting out my Easter things. Is anyone else still decorating or am I the last?
Here is vase number two. I have a small collection of creme colored vases with the matte finish and thought this one was kind of different. It reminds me of a loving cup.
As soon as I spotted this little birdie I thought it would look pretty with my pink vases. I think it is "tweet".
Here is vase number three...a head vase. I thought she was so pretty, I've placed her in our bathroom and I think she fits in perfectly.

Well, tomorrow I'll be putting out Easter things and coming by to say hi. Until then have a nice evening and sweet dreams. Hugs, Linda

Good Morning Linda,
I so love your vases you got. I really love the heart one since I'm a big heart fan as well. Your little birdy looks just adorable with your pink vases. I love the head vase. When I was a little girl and was in the hospital once, someone sent me some flowers in a vase very similar to that one. Mine was colored tho. It had some blue in it and I always thought it was so beautiful. My Mom may still have it around her house some where. Next time I'm down there, I will have to ask her about it. I don't decorate for Easter anymore either. The girls have outgrown the Easter Bunny thing, so I don't decorate anymore. About the only thing I do decorate for is Christmas. On occasion I may decorate for Halloween, but they are outgrowing that as well. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

What pretty things you've got there.

There's something I really like about the head vases too - you don't see those much anymore.

Happy day!

Well you certainly have a great vase collection. It looks like you enjoy them too, no packing them away at your house. They are really pretty. The pink ones are very different. Very nice.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for leaving me a little comment on my blog. You are so sweet. You had asked about the banner on my sidebar. I didn't make it, but it was given to my by my Valentine Swap Partner Barbara from Lavender Lollipop Lane. It is a picture of me when I was a little girl and she put roses on my head. Too too cute. I might be using it in the future for my Etsy store if I ever get motivated enough to get one going.

Hugs,

Lisa

I love your bunny and your vases Linda! But I spy Hummels and a pretty Hummel plate in the one grouping...very nice.

I have a few St Patricks Day things out now and will try and change them out for a few Easter things this weekend perhaps.

Hi, sweet Linda...these things are all so cute...You did good!
I don't decorate very much for Easter...A pot or two of fresh flowers or plants, a big bowl of colored Easter eggs for the grandkids and a pretty table for our Easter lunch....

Loved seeing your vase collection, especially the pink pretties. I too collect vintage vases in aqua, cream and pink. The pinks are always hard to come by, yours are so elegant looking.

Since Easter is early this year, I've not done a lot of decorating. Just put out my Cherished Teddie bunny with the St Patricks Day one. I have some Spring bears I put out also. Usually I decorate a small white Twist tree for the table that I made years ago, put grass and eggs in the pot it sits in.
