I bought both of these rock pumpkins in 1991 in a little, little town called Nubieber, Calif. We were on a road trip to Alturas, Calif. where my husband grew up and we were just poking along and stopping at little spots along the way. I think this little rolly~ polly is so cute..he was 75cents..........

~Ready For Halloween~
Happy Friday everyone! Are you ready for the weekend..I am and I'm ready for Halloween too. I've finished decorating and now all we need are the little trick~or~ treaters. On the mantel, in our living room is a small collection of pumpkins...... Some are pottery with little candles and my two favorites are the painted rock pumpkins, one at either end of the mantel....

How fun to have rock pumpkins! I do need to stock up on some candies for the little trick or treaters as there will probably be a lot this year due to it being on the weekend.
Hope your day is sweet!♥
Love the rock pumpkins others also!
Living off the main rd. we dont have trick or treaters out here.
Have a Great wk.end!
Blessins',Lib
Everything looks so festive and welcoming Linda. We live very far back from the street, so we never have trick or treaters.....BUT, I always buy my favorite stash of candy (you know, just in case!!!) Just teasing!
Wishing you a fun weekend.
It all looks fantastic!
I'm holding off decorating for Halloween this year as I'm still trying to sort the painting at my flat so it's great to share in blogland,

G'eve Linda ~ I so enjoy your decor. Where we live we don't get many trickers unfortunately & I miss that part of the celebration.
Happy PS weekend ~

Linda, I am in love with those adorable little rock pumpkins! I have never seen any, but I am going on a hunt for some! Happy Halloween! Linda
Love your little street faire pumpkin, so darling! Take care, Martha
My husband says did you buy this refrigerator for the drawers??? to keep your candles in? Both our refrigerators and their drawers are filled with candles. It is the best way to keep the special ones safe and reusable...especially in AZ!
Very festive & ready for the 'big day'. Love all the pics.
Have a wonderful PS week ~

Great decorations. I love that you know where you purchased all of them and the good memories behind finding them.
Hope you're having a good weekend.

hello girl... Happy Halloween.. all your decor looks great... I am missing all of my blog friend and need to get back out and about..
Linda, I love your decorating! Your pieces are so nice--I love getting little bits and bobs on my travels and then bringing them out seasonally. I have a wood carved santa that I bought in Estes Park during the trip out for my brother's wedding. He's one of my favorite treasures because of the memories he envokes. Such cute rock pumpkins--what a great idea!
How pretty everything looks Linda! We live too far out in nowhere to have trick or treaters. However,I am helping out at my son's harvest festival......so it will be fun. Have a wonderful Halloween. blessings,Kathleen
