~ Look What I Found ~

Last week Lisa and I went to the neatest shop. Cost Plus ~ World Market. It's filled with wonderful goods, trinkets and treasures, plus unusual and delicious foods, candies, cookies, jams etc. from around the world... and look what I found. Licorice Altoids! I love licorice and I nearly danced a jig when I saw these.
They taste just like black licorice and have a little bite to them.....love them. I've got to be careful and not eat them like candy, it's tempting. Do you like licorice? I wish you could just reach in and take one, if your are a licorice lover I know you'd like these. Have a great day...hugs, Linda

    I have seen them. I have had these and yes, they are good. Have fun eating every one. I hope you bought more than one tin. LOL.

    I did not know they made licorice Altoids... but I recently tried the chocolate covered ones. I DID eat them like candy. Yum!

    I didn't know they made those kind. Personally I do not like licorice but my mother used to love it so when I see it, or smell it, I think of her. So you see, you just jogged some nice memories. She'd probably would have been like you in wanting to dance a jig when she found those. lol!

    You're so cute! I love it that your excited about licorice Altoids! I too love licorice and have tried the Altoids, but they really didn't seem to serve the purpose of freshening my breath! For that I stick with the tried and true sugerless mint gum!

    Okay... I found Altoids at the grocery store for $1 a box this week. No licorice, but I did buy the dark chocolate.

    LOL! I love black licorice! I have that same flavor of altoids, LOL! It's so funny because I know so many people who hate black licorice and at work inevitably someone will grab the tin and pop one in their mouth and then pull a face when they realize it's licorice, LOL! Oh, it is too funny! The way I look at it is; the more people who can't stand black licorice; the more black licorice for me, LOL! ;)
